This 165mm RaiderX blade is engineered for controlled, high-precision cutting across aluminium, MDF, chipboard, plywood, softwood, plastic, and laminate. Its triple chip tooth design prevents grabbing and overfeeding, ensuring smooth operation and clean finishes. With 60 teeth and a 20mm bore (16mm bush included), it delivers fine cuts with minimal resistance. The laser-cut steel plate includes vibration-absorbing slots and impact-resistant brazing for durability. An anti-friction coating reduces heat buildup and pitch, extending blade life. For aluminium and non-ferrous metals, lubricant use is essential.
