Returns Policy

Conditions of Return / Order Cancellation

  • To enable our team to process your return or exchange you will need to provide a copy of your receipt or tax invoice.
  • To receive a refund or exchange, goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. For goods purchased online, item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Unless specified shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • Returns or refunds for perishable products, such as sealants, adhesives, and chemical anchoring, are only accepted if the items are returned within 30 days.

  • For order cancellation and refunds, you must contact us within 24 hours of order placement.

  • All returned items must be in their original full boxes or packs as sold.


Change of Mind Returns

  • Full refunds are available for items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
  • No restocking or handling fees are applicable.
  • Return freight costs are borne by the customer, unless free returns are provided.
  • Non-refundable postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This includes any branded packaging and must be in re-sellable and unopened condition.


Incorrect or Not-as-Described Products

  • Resolutions may include re-dispatchments, full or partial refunds, depending on the case.
  • Photos or videos may be requested to confirm the issue and may request the item to be returned to our supplier before a resolution is provided.


Lost Items

  • For items not delivered, contact our team. We will work with the courier for an investigation. If declared lost in transit, we will provide a resolution.


Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for the following scenarios:

  • Specially Ordered Products.
  • Modified or Misused Products.
  • Used Goods.
  • Items paid in cash.
  • If a tax invoice / receipt is not able to provided.
  • Any threatening or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Returns, refunds, and orders from such customers will be denied.

 

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Entitlement to a replacement or refund for major failures.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • For non-major failures, entitlement to repair or replacement if goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
