Dispatch

Our team is committed to dispatching all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and shipped on the same day or within 1-2 working days, depending on the order size.

During busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, the first week after the Christmas break, or major public holidays, orders may experience slight delays and could take 1-4 business days, depending on the order size.

Please note that both Fasten Up staff and our carriers operate Monday through Friday, and we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays due to the unavailability of freight services. However, with substantial notice and a special request, we may be able to accommodate exceptions.
