Our Hot Dipped Galvanised coach screws are engineered for heavy-duty construction applications, effectively fastening timber to timber and timber to steel. Hot Dipped Galvanised finish for premium corrosion resistance, these screws are ideal for external use. The hexagon head design allows for easy tightening using sockets, wrenches, or spanners, while the tapered gimlet point ensures easy centring in predrilled holes. These screws are suitable for medium-duty expanding masonry fixings when used with nylon wall plugs. For optimal performance in wood connections, it is advisable to use a washer under the head to prevent pull-through and crushing of the timber.
