Purlin bolt assemblies are frequently utilised in a variety of commercial, industrial, and civil applications to fasten wall sheeting, roofing, and framing. Purlin bolts are hexagon-headed flanged bolts that are pre-assembled for convenience and come with a matching flange nut. Higher performance and more efficiency during installation are provided by the flange design of the bolt and nut, which maximises grip and contact with the secured components and maximises clamping stress by dispersing the force over a larger surface area. Purlin bolts come in brilliant zinc plate CR3+ and hot dip galvanised finishes, and they are made from both structural grade 8.8 and standard 4.6 grade steel.
