Bostik Dampfix® Bond Breaker is a high-performance hybrid sealant engineered to relieve bond stress between Dampfix® waterproofing membranes and the substrate, ensuring the system can accommodate natural building movement without compromising waterproofing integrity. It is ready for over-coating in just 30–50 minutes, delivering fast turnaround times. With high tensile strength (≥ 1.5 MPa), exceptional elasticity (≥ 600%), and suitability for damp or moist substrates, it provides versatile and reliable performance. Additionally, it cures without bubbles and offers long-term durability with excellent resistance to UV, weather, and water.

Our team is committed to dispatching all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and shipped on the same day or within 1-2 working days, depending on the order size.
During busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, the first week after the Christmas break, or major public holidays, orders may experience slight delays and could take 1-4 business days, depending on the order size.
